1. Agreement to Terms

Mountain Valley Electric provides residential, commercial, and industrial electrical and plumbing services. All services are subject to availability and may be governed by separate agreements or estimates provided prior to the commencement of work.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Any estimates provided are based on the information available at the time and are subject to change if unforeseen circumstances arise during the project. Final pricing will be agreed upon before work begins, unless emergency services are requested where standard hourly rates apply.

4. Warranty and Liability

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. However, Mountain Valley Electric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or any products installed, beyond the scope of our standard service warranty.
